Our Mission
The mission of the Title I, Part A Program at Raul C. Martinez Elementary is to create equitable learning opportunities for all students by building strong partnerships among educators, families, and the community. Our goal is to ensure that every Mustang achieves academic excellence through collaborative support, high-quality instruction, and meaningful family engagement.
Our Work Focuses On:
- π Enhancing academic achievement, particularly in reading and mathematics
- π Driving continuous, data-informed schoolwide improvement

Title I Program Overview
The purpose of Title I, Part A is to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards, regardless of economic background. Title I provides schools with additional funding and resources to:
- Improve basic instructional programs
- Support early intervention and literacy development
- Strengthen professional learning for educators
- Foster meaningful collaboration between schools and families
